If there are any diseases to be brought in, most of them are already here (give or take something like ebola) TB was prevalent in the homeless community for example. With mass travel, there will always be disease.

Do you really think that having compassion for people equates to welcoming their arrival and perhaps giving them luxury accommodation and all the trimmings? To me, it seems to be the usual Daily Mail propaganda aimed at whipping up hatred between human beings.
