Judge ruled that gym users in the changing room could not have seen this naked woman's penis because her hanging belly obscured it.
If that were the case how did the women know this woman still had her penis?

Pat on the back for me for keeping a straight face whilst typing 'her penis'.

//not that she still had her penis. //

With it or without it he isn't a she - and never will be.
// Xenia City Council President Williams Urshcel said that one of the women who filed a complaint was allegedly informed by an employee at the YMCA that Glines identifies as a woman so she 'shouldn't be disturbed by this.' //

Which is why they were looking for his cock.
Why do we have open changing rooms? There didn't seem to be anything wrong with individual cubicles without doors.

The problem is that the complaint was made before the employee told them that he identifies as a woman
Meanwhile in episode 2.
It is instructing ‘its attorney to file charges against the judge for hurt feelings by stating the truth. It is too fat!!!
They got their day in court and made international press. Job done.
naomi ^^^If you had lived with the brain of a female but the genitalia of a male(or vice versa) then you would maybe understand what torments some of these transgender people are going through.
He was allowed to use the female changing area, which is why he wasn’t prosecuted for trespass. He was charged with public indecency. But the prosecution failed because the Judge decided that his cock was probably not visible.

That is my question, Gromit. If it wasn't visible how did the complainants know it was there? The staff member didn't tell them

andres, I remember when public swimming baths had individual changing rooms at the side of the pool. It was a shock when they changed to communal.
Those were the days when there were proper baths for washing, too, towel and soap provided.
Sounds like a dicktatorial ruling.
Barry, if you haven't already seen this, please watch it, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Oh Barsel, LOL LOL LOL.
Andres, but they don’t have the brain of a female. They just think they do. Whilst I do recognise their dilemma, I don’t believe that real women should suffer for this fantasy and neither should the rest of society be required to indulge it by lying or pretending, nor by denying the irrefutable facts of biology.
I received a leaflet yesterday regarding cervical screening, and it said it was for women and people with a cervix - but then went on to say that trans men (ie who were women but are now men) needed to have it done, but trans women (men who were now women) didn't need to. I set fire to the leaflet.
naomi-- ^^^maybe some do pretend that they are trans. Not disputing that .Seems to be the' in thing 'at the moment. But if you read up about the developing foetus in the womb you will see that Mother Nature does sometimes make mistakes during the first few weeks .Then a genuine transgender person happens.
It's an extraordinary amount of overemphasis on certain aspects of our biology, though. And, besides, the use of "irrefutable fact[s] of biology" to justify certain social rules or standards has a long and not exactly glowing history. Very often they end up being wrong; and, even to the extent that they resemble the truth, it turns out to be about biological aspects that are simply not as relevant as people thought.

There is no "lie" or "pretence" here. There's a question about what matters when it comes to how you see someone. You can choose to define everybody by their chromosomal content if you like. But to say that people who don't make that choice are "lying" is to fundamentally misunderstand the entire point of what being transgender is.
Andres, although I do think there’s a bit of a trendy trend going on, I didn’t say they pretend. I’ve no doubt some do have a genuine problem but that is not a reason for society to indulge it, and in effect deny that it is a problem, by exacerbating the lie, and neither is it a reason to airbrush or to sideline real women in favour of the fake - and that, I am afraid, is what’s happening.
ClareTG0ld, I understand what a woman is - and I didn’t have to decide that I am one.
Personally, I don't know what it feels like to be a man. I have never been anything else, so I have no points of reference. I am myself, sometimes happily so, sometimes wishing I were not. The number of individuals with recognised gender dysphoria is vanishingly small, and the current obsessive coverage of the condition is hugely disproportionate. And I hope we all recognise this is nothing whatsoever to do with ones sexuality.
^ very true
