Who would be a juror on this trial? One of the jurors has spoken bout her trauma and she is a psychologist. Her words alone are enough to make the blood run cold.

So incredibly sad.

Now we’re out of the EU I wonder if there’s a chance of re-introducing the death penalty? Millions cut in real terms in health and social services, we could save a fortune despatching vile scum like this instead of paying for board and lodgings for the rest of their lives.

No chance - these days they would have the ooman rights crew on their side & spend decades on death row before being commuted. Sad to say! Damn savages...

Fatticus, I really share your frustration but it will never happen.
The mother is shown in a recording here, acting hysterical to hide her guilt. Stepdad and teenager also caught on camera disposing of Logan's body. Poor mite.

I doubt any of them with have an easy time in prison, child killers are despised by the other prisoners, or so I believe. They will be forever looking over their shoulders, no more than they deserve.
I would think they will end up in solitary for their own protection. Convicts tend to share the repugnance for such crimes that we all experience.
Change the legal reasons the 13 year old cannot be named once found guilty .
Look at those adults …… that is just pure evil.
RIP that wee boy .
anne, I think 13yos get a second chance; I would have thought there was every likelihood he was doing it under threat (though that's just a guess), but he's got 15 years, which will be more than half his life.
Do you jno..? . If he were under threat he could have told someone what was going on .
If he was under threat why would he get a 15 year sentence ?
There's a programme about this on ITV at 9.00pm tonight.
'Under threat' ?? He was an out and out monster who went around chanting about how he wanted to kill this little boy. He tortured his foster carers pet dog after it had had an operation and they warned Social Services about him and of course, Social Services never listened, as usual. He will be out in less than 15 years you can bet your bottom dollar, still posing a terrible threat to children and pets. As far as I am concerned, they should throw away the damn key !!

We have seen children perish at the hands of their evil killers on so many occasions. I cannot get my head around the fact that Logan's injuries were so severe he suffered immense pain. I don't know if I can watch tonight's programme.
It reminds me of little Arthur who was also killed during lockdown. How much suffering was going on that we knew nothing about ?? How many more babies and children will we hear of in future who slipped through the net of the useless social services - too many I fear.
I don't know, anne, I'm just guessing as I haven't heard the evidence. But 13yos aren't adults to my mind and shouldn't be treated on a par with them. When I was 13 I was still doing as my parents told me (I don't know if this is still universally true), and the stepfather sounds like a paranoid bully you wouldn't want to cross.
The "youngster" has just been named as Logan's stepbrother, Craig Mulligan.

May that poor little boy now rest in peace.
Poor little mite.

I can't get my head around these horrific cases. Vile monsters who deserve to rot!
From the sound of it the teenage stepbrother needed no goading for his part. He pushed Logan downstairs which broke the poor little chaps arm. Mum took him to hospital next day as she thought 'it was only dislocated'. With a bit of luck a cell door will accidentally not be shut properly and there will be swift retribution.
Fatticus 15:18,
I'm with you on that one ,do not waste time and money on them when they are lots of better causes to spend the money on.
