She has jumped before she was sacked.
Surprised she has lasted this long in view of her appalling record.
Tory MPs have been very vocal about her recently, so Patel told her to go.
Boris and Co. owe her for suppressing Sue Gates’ report, so I am sure a plum job will be coming her way shortly.

Remarkably we have been advised that Ms Dick was required to stay in post because there was 'no-one suitable' to replace her.

Given her recent record, and that of the force she oversaw, I think the first person walking out of the newsagents next door to Met HQ could have stepped in!

It doesn't say much for all our Chief Constables that none of them are considered suitable for this post, and we may yet see a foreign import in post.
