Full Fact
Overnight hospital admissions with Covid-19 in England in the four weeks up to 28 November 2021, by vaccination status, percent

https://thumbsnap.com/xy3tCb5k

Source: UKHSA • Chart created on 7 December 2021.
This chart shows that with so many people vaccinated, the small proportion who get very ill now outnumber the unvaccinated admissions. Read the article on fullfact.org.
Very good. And what does that tell you apart from confirming that the small percentage of unvaccinated account for far more than there fair share of beds.
Anyway it's Christmas day... let's have the rest of the day off from covid and antivax propaganda stuff
It's a far cry from the 80% of Covid patients being unvaccinated that you and the other geniuses keep claiming, Dr Bobbin.
Now it's Christmas Day and I don't want to hear another peep out of you......Lol.
Out of interest how do we know these vaccines aren't just placebos?
That'd be some conspiracy, piggy. ;)
Here us the actual article, which doesn’t mention ICU figures in contrast to news article links I posted before and which anyone can find should they wish very easily.

https://fullfact.org/health/economist-vaccination-status/
It does however point out:
“ While it is possible that protection from the vaccines may be waning, the UKHSA figures do not mean that the vaccines no longer protect people from severe illness—as we have written before.
Research shows that the vaccines remain highly effective”

Presumably you at least agree with that hence the query about what your motivation is. You aren’t stupid
You've answered your own question. In your link a newspaper uses data from the beginning of the vaccine rollout to conclude that the vast majority of Covid hospitalisations/deaths occur in the unvaccinated. It's totally misleading because the vaccine rollout took months so obviously the majority of the population were unvaccinated.
Roy has already said that 'all he wants' lol, is honesty from the Gov. etc, and honest data. That's all I want. (It's what everyone should want)
Once all the age groups were eligible for vaccination, vaccinated people made up a sizable majority over the unvaccinated.
This, coupled with most unvaccinated being young and healthy, led to the majority of hospitalisations/deaths occurring in the vaccinated.
It's not rocket science but it's also not a good look for a Gov. that seems determined to vaccinate kids and had already introduced mandatory and 'push' vaccine programmes. So in the middle of November they altered the statistics to 'Age Adjusted' rendering them meaningless. And yet ABers still post and bolster their arguments with them.
Oops!

Ichkeria, what the articles/links I have posted point out is that bob, sticky, Lorraine, dr Hilarious and random blokes the Guardian and Mirror spoke to are pushing a lie.
Who knows the figures for December, maybe there as been a seismic shift but everything I have posted as been genuine using verified fact check sites not from Anti-vaxers

You should post an apology for saying I used a blatant lie but I won't hold my breath.

Not...but how-evers.

VERDICT
Misleading. Dr Hilary Jones misstated data from NHS England. However, while it is true there are more vaccinated people with COVID-19 admitted to hospital than unvaccinated, this is due to high vaccination rates in England, particularly among older and more vulnerable populations.

This article was produced by the Reuters Fact Check team. Read more about our fact-checking work here.

If the usual suspects carry on saying the opposite I can only think it is an illness. Or perhaps the problem is Reuters and Full Fact have an agenda?

Spicerack
Some of us care about other people, Mozz.
How are things in 'I'm alright Jack' land?

You clearly do not care about other people
If you did you would have the vaccine and encourage others to have it too
I don't feel qualified or conceited enough to dish out medical advice, professor.

If Boris can do it I reckon even you might have a shot at it ! Lol

But you feel qualified enough to discourage people from having it ?
Very odd stance

It's not a case of 'I'm alright, Jack", it's a case of bei g bored of trying to persuade grown adults (supposedly intelligent adults, but sometimes I'm not convinced of that) to make the right decision. If they take all the medical advise and still decide not to take the vaccine, my arguing with them online isn't going to make a blind bit of difference to them.
Yes, it must be a frightful bore when you know everything but still these stupid people make their own decisions that ignore your medical edicts.
It might help if you knew the difference between advice and advise.
What do you reckon? ;-)
Anyway, I shouldn't be talking to you.
My thread was removed yesterday because of your antics.
Suppose you can't remember after guzzling all the drink that was meant for the Tramps' Party.
Sorry about that Spicey. It seemed petty as neither of my posts were abusive or even particularly controversial, but I guess someone was feeling bored.
FYI, your thread wasn't removed. Just my posts.
Twas strange. Maybe someone got a new zapper for Christmas and was just 'having a go' on it.
I think you might be right. Let's hope their batteries run down before New Year ☺
If you don't like the idea of taking a vaccine then don't. Please.

Why are we even arguing about it? If you don't fancy it, great.
