...I'm no expert on US law but can you fire someone for not agreeing to a medical procedure? Expect some law suits to start flying.

Twice weekly. Schoolchildren don't have to.
Some schools does require result to be submitted, private school i know does anyway.
But okay forget schools. Some employers do it allready. Not an issue. They know its better for them rather than to have it spread through the business by infectious workers so they test.
I dont think twice a week for some workers is a problem either , as longs as employer pays for the test
Funny how one member can post multiple answers on this thread but ridiculed the other so called experts on a similar thread !
Online medical degrees are so easy to come by on the interweb Lol
