What have you done today that makes you feel happy?
We started this afternoon to get Christmassy , I don’t put decs up but this year I bought a poinsettia Garland which is the exact length of the unit the TV sits on, it has tiny twinkly lights and berries,that , and some flickering candles, tree goes up on Saturday
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas ( wish I could do the musical thingy )

We started my husbands 50th birthday celebration, took him to a distillery for a tasting then had a spot of lunch. Quiet night in tonight before repeating tomorrow .

But since you asked...I took a walk in the freezing cold with lots of sunshine to cheer me up. It's Thanksgiving on the other side of the pond, and I hope my loved ones stuff their faces and have a wonderful day.

That garland sounds gorgeous Bobbs. I've been to town today and was feeling quite Christmassy so bought myself a poinsietta plant from Asda for only £4, it looks very healthy. I also bought a couple of little extras to put in with a friend's gifts - we always get each other a main gift and lots of smaller ones.

My lovely young neighbours bought me a tiny fledgling poinsettia from M&S last Christmas BS, honestly Jack could use it as his beanstalk now, the leaves are just turning red
