I suggest a parade with floats and flags, marching bands and possibly a royal guest to bring about a state of national euphoria (nothing to do with Europe, Tora).

We can trick ourselves into believing that this is the best we can possibly hope for and be content.

The day will finish with tea parties and bonfires and we'll be damned glad to have been allowed to vent.

And all the while the scheming, conniving thieves running the show will be enriching themselves and their friends on the backs of the proles.
