Monday. Still dark outside It looks chilly too, but dry. Not a very good night, so I will be off early to try and catch a few zzzzs before I go out.

As usual (when I'm around at this time of the morning), I've not been to bed yet, so I won't be around for long but I'll pop in to wish you good morning. The weather forecast suggests that it's going to be a fairly reasonable day for both of us - but it looks like you've nicked most of the sunshine ;-)

I've been to bed, but didn't get much sleep.

i have the volunteer coming from the crisis team at 12, our last meeting which will be a pity, but it has helped.

She was ok last night, didn't have long to talk as some nurses wanted to do something medically.

can you see her or is this on the phone....

Is there any other community help you can get? Ask the crisis team when they visit?

there might be, he left me with a number for Silver Line which is a charity i think for older people, i should have called them by now to see what they can offer, but whatever it is it will be only phone contact i think.

No visits allowed to hospital at the moment. I made sure Jen had her mobile with her but she's having difficulty using it, so it's a case of ringing a ward phone that someone can take to her.

that's awkward, still if you get to speak with her at some point that's a bit of a morale booster for her.

Yes emmie, hope so, her current mobile is fairly new, if I'd seen it in the flesh as it were, I wouldn't have bought it, bit to complecated for Jen to master. I'll try ringing a bit later this morning.
