Given the Queen's guarenteed imunity to cartoonists perfected over a long and happy reign, and her acknowldeged humanity and compassion, I am willing to bet that she would take a different view - being more concerned about the death of an innocent person, than one more cartoon about her which would mean less than nothing.

I didn't say the Queen would not be amused, I offered no view on what her reaction may be.
My point is that when you have had as many cartoons drawn about you as she has, I am sure you develop an ability to simply smile at the ones that amuse you, ignore the ones that don't, and not waste any time bothering about either.

What should be pointed out, is the complete lack of veracity & the total unfairness in the implication of this cartoon; H.M. the Queen is completely innocent of racism in this sordid Sussex affair, & in her estimable life in general.

I'll take more interest in this story if the royal family pop round to the ebdo offices and start shooting the hell out of everyone at Charlie Ebdo.
