A man has been charged for tweeting 'The only good Brit soldier is a dead one, burn old fella burn', just what was he thinking by saying something so wicked, if it wasn't for servicemen like Sir Tom then this fool would likely be under German rule!

I know what Sqad means. I know a couple of people that have worked voluntarily for many years fundraising for causes close to their hearts. Lots of people do but few get the personal publicity that Sir Tom attracted. I am not detracting from the all the good Sir Tom did but it really was the media push that enabled him to raise so much money. The media in general, Facebook and Twitter are good for some things :)
