Define structural racism and I will tell you
It could be, of course, that a greater proportion of Black, Asian or people from an ethnic minority background commit crimes. Just a thought.
As someone commented on the Twitter feed:

what is "structural racism"?
this may sound racist..but,has anyone ever done a study where they found...they do not have many brain cells ie acumen, just asking.

I am not au fait with the adjective 'structured' in this context.
A cursory look suggests that people who appear to be bright enough to know better are looking to over-simplify a complex social problem by hanging a trendy label on it.

not everyone fits a mold ie uni college etc, hands on jobs, god know we need builders sparks plumbers plasterers etc.
