First of all the care homes were to blame for the spread of the virus, then it was the pubs, then the restaurants, and now the finger is being pointed at the supermarkets.
A few months ago the government praised the supermarkets / key workers for doing a fantastic job in keeping its customers supplied and safe. So who's next on their hit list so as to cover up their own cock ups.

There must be tens of thousands of data points and their GPS coordinates.
So the Government must have an idea where transmissions are happening, and just not telling us.

I suspect people are still meeting each other in private homes. With people reluctant to report neighbours for whatever reason it only takes a couple of households in a fraction of the streets in the UK to break guidelines for fairly rapid spread. I think it's likely the people visiting his brother on Saturday, ones likely to visit her family in Sunday, and someone else in the week. They would possibly still get together for family events thinking it's only us so it doesn't matter.
I don't think anyone's pointing the finger or blaming supermarkets. There is no 'hit list'.

Better till, stop composing any new threads (at least in serious categories) as you seem to have a penchant for posting on topics which you patently don't understand.

This seems to be behind the decision by some supermarkets to enforce the wearing of masks.

There blaming the shoppers too then as well as us. Why do so many people still shop in pairs when one (the man usually) is usually just blocking the passage while the other shops. And why some trail 2-3 kids to am not sure. Maybe more supermarkets (including mine) should do more to discourage groups
