People have conformed to all lock downs, and been wearing their masks. You have had (isolated) cases were some have not. Its only people that really sit at home all day shouting the roof tops down about people not conforming in those isolated cases, who don't know and don't see because they never go out to see. The public are getting the blame for Boris's stupidity, and lack of leadership skills.
