Where has this phrase come from? It’s everywhere and, to me, very irritating. (I am easily irritated these days!!). Had a confirmation letter from Scottish Power yesterday as I’ve just signed up with them - it starts j s y k. Then today I rang M and S customer services - there it is again. Grrrrrrrr.
