Thursday. The barometer has risen a few points. Can't be bad. It could be my imagination, but I've just looked the front door and it seems a wee bit warmer. I'm happy with that.
Sone weeding to do if it's warm enough. We shall see.

tired boaty, slept on and off, but gave up at 3am and came in here.

took paracetamol and ibuprofen to try and ease the pain, will have to see how that works out.

getting chores done and then see what the rest of the day looks like.

That should work. If not, paracetamol and codeine together, that's what I use and it works.
That reminds me, I've a prescription to pick up today.

so have i, i have a feeling that there is a lot of medication at Boots to retrieve, stuff i have stopped taking.

I had a busy day doing chores yesterday, I had to keep stopping to get my breath back.

my codeine is out of date, so won't use that. i think the doctor has prescribed me some to pick up later on.
