Oh I can remember them saying you are trading too much (!)
so you must set up a trading company and then assign the profits to your charity in the prescribed manner

if you are a trustee of a charity - you cant pay yourself or even worse take a divident in case anyone wonders

His idiot brother has tried to transfer it to Travalyst which is a company he set up ( poss in the Land of the Free ) and which trades and which is the subject of the complaint
ALTERNATIVELY to archewell - yeah the charity they failed to set up - oops - which fails on similar considerations - the charitable objects dont line up
