Are They Trying To Erase History?

Statues being taken down, 'Gone with the Wind' removed from programming, BBC not showing anymore Little Britain sketches, and last night I was presenting an online quiz on Facebook for some family members, one of my picture quizzes was Heinrich Himmler, directly I posted the picture Facebook informed me that I would be barred from their site for 24 hours due to the offensive photo!
Is history being wiped, surely history must be taught to avoid these things happening again.

Absolutely not.
Witness the accusations of 'chips on shoulders' trotted out with embarrasing frequency by far too many ABers when their prejudices are challenged by sp1814, for example.

If I interpret your usual inaccurate nonsense correctly it was Wing Commander Guy Gibson VC of The Dambuster's fame and film who owned a Black Labrador of the name you gave it.
Group Captain Douglas Bader did not have a dog featured in Reach For The Sky.
Incidentally. The grave of the dog can be found at RAF Scampton where he was buried unless BLM vandals have desecrated it recently

One can understand folk wanting something but their inappropriate offence taking is no justification for them having their desire by imposing their demands on society. Better by far they learn to stop being offended at that which no one need take offence to.

"Avatar Image youngmafbog If said BAME person explained why then yes I am sure many on AB would understand.
But that is the way to do it, the problem we are having is there is no discussion just pure vandalism."
The "Discussion" about Colston and GWTW among other things has been happening for years and getting nowhere.
