Anyone who dismantles someones basic rights (the right to not be sexually assulted or raped) deserves no rights themselves. This goes for sexual assulters, murderers and the likes. Tie em up by the feet let their own blood do the work.

if anyone looked down the page the catalogue of crimes he committed before these makes me wonder why he was on the loose.
But that's par for the course in this country, the sentences are never enough. This behaviour should have been nipped in the bud years ago when he was being issued with asbo's. We are so bloody stupid in this country when it comes to keeping the dregs of society away from decent folk !!

seems to have been a procedural screwup that resulted in the case being taken out of the Parole Board's hands - they'd already refused him parole.

The trouble is, if officers are given the job of making sure procedures are followed, people moan about them dealing in red tape when they should be doing a proper job.

Seems quite a few release screw-ups have come to light recently. Makes one wonder about those we've yet to hear of.

Some here need to learn the difference between a desire for bloodthirsty vengeance, and justice. But I'll assume they've just venting for appearance sake.

the people he has harmed in such a vile manner won't get justice, they have to live with the shame the rest of their lives. Life with no chance of parole should be the only outcome of this man's heinous crimes.
