"playground comments"
maybe if you and your little mate stopped acting like youre in a playground you wouldnt get playground comments..just a thought..try and take it in
I saw the programme. Did anyone else?

The ice sculpture wasn't biased. It wasn't in bad taste. It wasn't mocking. It wasn't childish.

It was making a point. And it was quite tasteful. It looked like this:

If Corbyn and Swinson hadn't shown up then they would have had an ice sculpture in their respective places too. But they did show up.
Yes, ellipsis, I saw the programme and had Corbyn and Swinson not shown up and been replaced by blocks of ice the gesture would have been
equally as childish. My disdain for the prank doesn’t relate to the politicians involved - solely to a supposedly serious programme indulging in such distasteful stupidity.
You get an invite but don’t show up.
Then you complain that in your absence you had lost control and people were laughing at you.

Er, just turn up and hold your corner.

Chickening out of a climate debate, or pooping your pants about Encountering Andrew Neill, is just whimpering enough to begin with. But bleating about the consequences of your own cowardice is pathetic.
Boris ran away, and then got upset because they wouldn't let his monkey in to discuss it on equal terms with the organ grinders from the other parties. He's frit, as a former PM would have pointed out. But I don't see any mockery in the ice sculptures, which were relevant to the topic under discussion.
Perhaps instead of a block of frozen water, Channel 4 should have used a frozen Jellyfish to represent Johnson an and Farage.
A spineless wonder with a memory span of less than 10 seconds is more far an apposite depiction of the both

I have just woken up. I have not drank since Sunday evening. I start work in a couple of hours ( 4am).
True, I am not very happy (about that), but to dismiss my posts tonight as drunken, Is about as wide of the mark, as you could possibly be.
Fair enough. You just seem so full of anger and hate. You should chill out a bit. (if you ask me ;-))
He had no choice than to send Gove.

Amber Rudd isn't a party member anymore.

Maybe you should go to bed.
You seem more befuddled that usual.
Don’t forget to recycle your empty bottles before ascending the stairs to Bedfordshire. :-P

Well said Gromit and Jno - good to know that there are some rational people on this site.
there are plenty of sensible people on this site, you just don't notice them
Diddly, that some people agree with you doesn’t indicate their rationality. Simply their equally poor taste and bad manners.
Wasn't the idea to wait for the ice to start to Drip , to describe Boris.
Diddly,Gromit , Jno . Spot on replies. well done.
