said to be a plank in Labour's manifesto, to be released Thursday.

If the review finds evidence, what would a labour government do with it? how much budget provision would they be setting aside to cover the cost? if the government needs to borrow to cover its pledges, how much of a priority should this be for the borrowed cash?

What do they hope to achieve? There are more deserving causes to spend the money on.
It will appeal to those to whom it is designed to appeal most of whom, I suspect, are already dyed in the wool Labour voters.
I think the remainder will see it for the arrant (expensive) nonsense it is and will decide if they wish their vote to be associated with it.
thats the trouble with edicating ignorants. The more you give the more they want.....similar to dogs that bite the hand that feeds!
That's another few hundred thousand votes lost then.

They seem to behave like a college debating society without realising that everyone can here their drivel on the outside.
It's very frustrating for folk looking for a viable alternative to the party in power at the moment.

labour are anti british, hate our history, would like to rewrite it...
i can see it, socialist red book, of new thought, the right thoughts.
with momentum and antifa approval, think mau, polpot.. new world order..life in a workers state, new re-education for all, also the book of abbott maths 0x0=1,000,000,000 just add a 1 simples.
well that's really going to help their election campaign!
one of the reasons the people of the Tish elohs of the work risk life and limb to get here is because of what has happened in their own countries. Ask them if they want British rule or independence. Standard anti British cobras from the left.
Fender: "labour are anti british, hate our history, would like to rewrite it... " - well the lefty teachers are doing their best to brain wash the saucepans as it is.
seems like labour want to give free money to all the law firms and investigation committees, to show how awful britian is, and how only they can rebuild a socialist utopia, but when everything tanks, and the coffers are empty, they will say... now we are all broke proletariat.
except for the secretariat..
if it wasnt for our past an awful lot of people who are here would still have nothing and be nowhere...every last one should be thanking us for our "awful" past and what we have given the world as a whole...ungrateful ................ (fill in the gap)
when britain carved up the middle east they should have kept all the oil fields...the illiterate nomads were just that, put our flag on it, and never left...
More nonsense to come. Their manifesto is due out on Thursday. Sigh ....
