Could that be described as an oxymoron from a moron?

//Jeremy Corbyn has urged the leaders of the other opposition parties and Tory rebels to install him as caretaker PM in order to stop a no-deal Brexit. //

Should this not have been posted in the Jokes section :-)
is there a medical term for delusions of grandeur? perhaps it's time he had some tests ...
"go on.....let me in.....I PROMISE I won't do anything......"
The man's a power hungry fool and if he ever got into number 10 ,we'd be allies to people like Hamas and the IRA

I had to laugh the other day when John McDonnell said he would 'put' Corbyn in a taxi and send him to Buckingham Palace to tell the Queen Labour is taking over. Go on John, pull the strings. The wooden boy will dance to your tune.
easy for you to say :-)
Corbyn seems like and ideal candidate to be a "caretaker". Will he be on the minimum wage and have to provide his own mop and bucket?
I think it's good of him to warn us against risking him getting into power. He's effectively saying, "If you don't respect democracy get me in and I'll ensure you don't get what you voted for in the referendum." Best campaign slogan ever. 'Vote for me for years of inflicting on you what you don't want.'
//Corbyn seems like and ideal candidate to be a "caretaker". //

you could never speak of caretakers in the singular - they don't operate like that. there's always at least two, if not three, depending on the level of watching required for a particular job.....
In the unlikely event of this happening would it mean that his bit on the side be joining him?as some on here may have guessed I am not a fan of dianne Abbott,

//would it mean that his bit on the side be joining him?//
i think he's got her penned in for governor of the bank of england

This speaks to Jeremy the janny and his schoolboy view of the world
We have been warned.
If it were anyone other than Corbyn, people might take the suggestion seriously. As it is it's pathetic.
He might be a very benign caretaker PM in the hopes that at the next general election people will vote for him as not as disastrous as they thought he would be. Then he’d have five years to balls up the country.
I stated on a thread last week that I honestly believe that Jeremy Corbyn does not live in the real world.

His is a world of 'politics' and he has now blurred his endless theoretical scenarios with what is either possible or remotely desirable.

The electorate voted to leave the EU.

That doesn't mean that selected MP's can stop that from happening on the basis of imagined scenarios based on an exit with no trade deal.

The electorate voted to leave the EU, and leave we must.

Just laughable! would make a great sitcom - 'The Caretaker'. Either that or a really good black comedy.
This has given me a laugh though, because I now have a mental image of Corbyn in a brown overall, grumpily sweeping a school corridor.
A creepy school caretaker with a murky past, Ludwig. To me he's always seemed very shifty.
