I'm not sure one has to look very long at all - his 'cracks' are being filmed and placed in the public eye with monotonous and increasing regularity!

Andy,no disagreement from me there.

His disciples seem to conveniently overlook his shortcomings at times but the trouble is they are often too serious to do so.

Naomi, there have been times where TR has had a bit of a raw deal and I know he has been put in hospital and had threats made to his family.All clearly unacceptable.

Even the police have at times been rather heavy handed in their dealings with him.

But,there have been too many indefensible actions on his own part which he needs to recognise before he may be taken rather more trustworthy.

Personally,I feel that horse bolted some time ago....

As I stated previously he is an articulate guy and will always draw an audience.

George Galloway is similar. But figures like these are very controversial and prone to poor decision making.

It's all well and good having the spiel, panache, engaging nature, presentation etc but he lacks the self-control which is his constant undoing.

That is true.There are occasions where he has demonstrated a reasoned response but too often he goes too far.

One will always have plenty of chaff with the wheat where TR is concerned.

Interesting to note all these Tommy Robinson haters, list the many things that they hate him for ie football hooliganism, False Travelling on a false Passport, Mortgage fraud, Contempt of Court, all such crimes are carried out by people who never even get in the news, so why is Tommy Robinson so different?

I am not a 'hater' of 'Tommy Robinson' as I have already advised, but the simple reason why 'Tommy' gains such hostility, completely anonymous people don't, is just that - they are anonymous.

If any one of them - and that's assuming they can muster quite such a diverse and ongoing list of criminal activities as 'Tommy' has - spends as much time self-aggrandising, and publicity seeking, while still behaving like an unreconstructed thug, then they will be receiving equal amounts of hostility from me I assure you.

They threw away the mould when he was made. Many would put him firmly in the 'likeable rogue' character.

Pixie,not quite everybody. Some of his aficionados put him on a high pedestal even when he has demonstrated his anti-social behaviour.

I would add,however, that comparisons I have heard being made between his own thuggish conduct and radical Islam is utterly ridiculous.
