You won’t be able to tell that at the time tho. It’s not like there’ll be a commentator going
“Well that Jacob Wreath Smog coming up to the ballot paper.....and OH! He’s put it in the bottom corner”
Question Author
surprising that voting doesn't start till 7pm, so no point in watching the 6 o'clock news.
“It’s Diane Abbot now. Looking pensive. She’s taking a long hard think about this one. Oh my goodness she’s just written ‘wibble’ in purple crayon”
Question Author
well the lack of interest surprises me, perhaps there will be cyber riots on AB on Wednesday when we will know the full result.
It might be on the One show.
I’d rather pull my fingernails out
Emmie, with the best will in the World and of course concern not only for ourselves but for our children and grandchildren (if we have them) and future generations - it's become utterly exhausting.

Plus, a few of us need to watch our BP.
Question Author
rockrose, be my guest.
You will always know who voted what as all votes are recorded and published in Hansard. No MP can hide.
Could be on channel 4 news at 7pm as it is on for an hour.
Question Author
mamy as do i - its been a long two years and we ain't there yet.
Mmm. 1 hour for 650 MPs to vote. One every 5.5 seconds.
You do seem to live, eat and breathe it day in and out - please don't think others don't care.

Whether I know at five past the hour or three hours later will make no never mind.
Well why would I want to watch our country being dragged down even more than it has these last 2 years?
Question Author
perhaps you are right, but as i said its a pivotal vote and one that could determine our children, grandchildren lives, including our own..
I said that, yes.
No offence emmie but you have already ruined their lives
I have bad news for you emmie. Even if it’s a Yes vote the UK will abide by all of the rules of the EU and share in its benefits - but with no part in the Brussels decision-making process - until 31 December 2020. But that’s not ‘it’.
During this time, the two sides would have to thrash out the details of their future relationship and secure a free trade agreement.
A potential extension would see the UK remain in this state for a further 12 months, until the end of 2021.
Just on news that the DUP are determined to defeat May's deal.Claim that her talk about voting against would result in Corbyn being PM is just scaremongering.
Question Author
rockrose, me personally, no grand children or children for that matter, but hey its nice you pick me out especially.
i voted leave, not a halfway house as we may well get.
