What relevance does his colour have to the incident?
If you watch the clip he's in front of an ambulance with flashing lights. He initially swerved, seemingly out of the way of the ambulance, so perhaps he panicked, lost control and panicked even more.

Agreed, although some clearly feel it's important to them and there are those who perceive the absence of teh info a s a'cover up'.
