Picture of their bum on someone's phone if they were caught actually doing it? I must say if I caught anyone doing that to me I'd simply kick their teeth out, but I do think it would help if it was a specific offence.

O.K...but how would you know which "bum" the picture was portraying,as all the crotches i have seen, there were no time, date and name of owner.
If you caught the "blighter" he would deny it and it would be his word against yours.

Sqad, a crack team of law enforcers would be seconded from their duties in dealing with ethnically unique caravan dwellers and thieves to take the alleged offending photographic device into police contol thereby ensuring the preservation of evidence and no sore face from battling a protected species.
