a woman a dog and a walnut tree ??
Wow Johnny! This is strongly worded.
Fol de rol…
a woman a dog and a walnut tree ??

the harder you beat them the better they be.
Can't see anything wrong with calling a spade a spade...unless it's a shovel.
A woman, a dog and a walnut tree? Not heard that one?
All phrases like that are one or the other - I think you are only allowed to say what you like about a) the English b) smokers
It wouldn't stop me in my tracks if I heard any of those.

Think I've only ever used no 4 and no 7.
I love 'you big girl's blouse', always makes me laugh ...

I'm with the others on the walnut tree thing !
Why would you beat a walnut tree?
Apparently thrashing a walnut tree significantly improves the yield.

Nothing wrong with 'calling a spade a spade'- that has nothing to do with the use of the word 'spade' as a derogatory term for people of colour.
'As black as the Ace of Spades' was often used to describe a child who got dirty while playing out. Again, nothing to do with race.
> a woman a dog and a walnut tree
> the harder you beat them the better they be.

If that's it then it's pretty offensive, yep ... but I've never heard it and can't imagine who I'd hear it from.
Mrs Slocombe’s pussy may have had its ups and downs but not sure it was ever moist
^ Oo er missus !!
Who is chimping about then?
I think Johnny is.
