with the current climate in the profession, more women and some men coming out of the woodwork, does this mean that they are cleaning up their act, that the casting couch is a thing of the past.

will dressing up in black be the new thing, i found that doing so at the Golden Globes a tad pointless. You can show your solidarity in all sorts of ways.
They could have made a real stand and refused the awards as they were handed out, of auctioned the awards and gave the procedes to victims of abuse.

shame in this day and age you have to sleep with the boss to get any place, surely the likes of Meryl Streep and Ophrah Winfrey didn't have to contend with that?

no it isn't,
Bollywood has its fair share of sexist behaviour going on a piece i was reading the other day, i expect it goes on and will continue to go on no matter how women and some men protest, careers have fallen nonetheless,
not least Kevin Spacey, he seems to be out in the cold, at least for now.
