naomi, I find your posts and queries of others are increasingly obtuse and pointless. My point is that the police were incompetent at best to just accept that a lorry would go to the tip and pay the entry fee just to tip 11Kg of waste. All this is beside the point, which is to try to come up with a viable theory of what could have happened. I still think that by far the...

^ Would you 'let it go' if it was your child Islay?
The time invested is really quite OTT as is the obsession that it holds for some who have are neither related nor new the chap.

apologies for the shocking errors, armchair sleuths affect my my typing skills.
The difference between the McCann and McKeague cases is that there is a small chance that the former may still be alive when the latter clearly isn't.
Yes I would I also feel the same way about MM by the way.
Given his private life and the fact there was a good chance that it was going to be made public thus bringing the Air Force into disrepute I wonder if there is more to this than meets the eye?

Eccles....appalling comment at 19:00.

Here is me, bowing out, before I say something I might regret.
Sorry, Islay, but that is just plain silly.
Why Jack?
You forgot to pick up your ball mikey.
Because I spent four years in the RAF and know how they operate. If for any reason they want to get rid of someone there is a simple procedure called administrative discharge. This was mainly used against homosexuals. In other words they got the sack, nothing more sinister.
oooo a whole 4 years!
According to my father who spent at least 30 years in the Air Force because of the type of activities he was partaking in (nothing to do with homosexual sex) if it was made public whilst he was in service that he was advertising sexual services on a public site he would have been sacked.
His own mother states that he was in there for a career not a job, so perhaps it was going to be made public he could not cope with the shame and topped himself!
I've heard some outlandish theories in my time but yours has to take the biscuit.
OK jack
Occam's razor needs to be reapplied.
I would also say that as a body has not been found in either case is is NOT IMPOSSIBLE that both Corrie Mckeague and Madeleine Mccann are still alive. Extremely unlikely but NOT impossible.
Eddie, Where do you get off calling mine and other people’s opinions ‘obtuse’?! You don’t know what happened to him -no one does - and that includes the police who are working on the case, and who can only go on the evidence available. The bottom line is even if they had queried the weight issue they’d have been no closer to finding him because he’s not in the landfill site so there’s no point in continuing to vilify them for what you and Mikey ridiculously insist is a failing. Since you live outside the county this case is no more personal to you than it is to a million other people who know the area damn site better. Heaven forbid you should ever say you don’t know…. but you don’t.
Given that this chap was quite an exhibitionist, I'd say he didn't vanish by accident.

He wasn't an aggressive or confrontational drunk so unlikely he got into a fight.

An eye witness stated that they saw him running across the road miles from where he was last seen. Without trying to cause offence and uproar, could he have been heading to a known "dogging" area? He was reported to be quite promiscuous.
Oh my !!
Question Author
No Mercy....I have seen no evidence that he was seen by anybody, after he was captured by the CCTV, in the Horseshoe area.

But it has been noted that he extremely drunk at the time, I am not sure how he could have got miles away.

In the back of a bin lorry that stopped in a lay-by and gave him a chance to get out . . . . maybe?
