she's entitled to her own opinions; she's not entitled to her own facts.

She's carved a full time career out of what she does - and a lucrative one.

TTT - In that case, that is a job I could do two days a week, and sit around counting the money for the rest of the time.

Problem is, I have an issue pretending to be something I'm not in order to make money - there's a name for people who do that.
perhaps she is not pretending.
TTT

She also loses serious money by passing on her every thought.

A quarter of a million in the past 18 months.

Yikes.

any-hughes...she might be successful in the U.S., but remember, they already have Kellyanne Conway, so to be honest - that job is already taken.

Perhaps not, maybe she really is that morally bankrupt and devoid of a scintilla of humanity and compassion, matched with an utterly evil sense of self-loathing which must make it difficult to look in the mirror every morning.

Let's hope not.
^ Wow! Hateful language! I get the distinct impression he doesn't like her much.

I am left wondering if Ms Hopkins really left of her own accord, or was she pushed ?
Don't often agree with Mr Hughes but I do here, she's obnoxious. On the subject of confusion I have confused the names of Hopkins and Perry, sorry Ms Perry, I'm sure that's actionable.

Naomi - // ^ Wow! Hateful language! I get the distinct impression he doesn't like her much. //

If you really think that is hateful language, then you have led more of a sheltered life than I thought!

My disdain for Ms. Hopkins is well known, but based on her career choice, and the way she exercises her freedom of speech, and not on her personally, in which area I have no opinion because we have never met.
andy-hughes, //If you really think that is hateful language, //

I do. What on earth is going on in your head to produce thoughts like that? "Utterly evil sense of self-loathing which must make it difficult to look in the mirror every morning"? What's that all about?

It's about me expressing myself as I wish - as you do - and everyone else on here does.

If you have a problem with it, then that's what it is - your problem.
andy-hughes, I thank goodness I don't have your problems.

Naomi - // andy-hughes, I thank goodness I don't have your problems. //

You have no inkling of any problems I may or may not have, so I fail to see how you can pronounce on them.

I know that one of my problems is not trying to act in loco parentis over a complete stranger - that one is yours alone.
andy-hughes, I can only repeat I thank goodness I don't have your problems.
Question Author
Naomi - I am not willing to let you de-rail the thread with your own ill-founded opinions on me personally, so I regard our exchange on that aspect as closed.

I am happy to debate Ms. Hopkins - which is the subject I raised - your views on how I express myself are not relevant.
andy-hughes, strange. They appeared to be relevant at 22:46. However, moving on ......

I realise that last word-ism is an issue for you - I have stated that I do not wish the thread to be de-railed - I would appreciate it if you returned to the thread, or not, but leave this side-issue to lie.

Thank you.
andy-hughes, I said 'moving on' - giving you every opportunity to simply ... move on....
