I keep looking for where it says there was a "survey". Must be missing it.

They compared figures from previous reports in past years.

Similar to those done in Prisons and Hospitals.
I wonder how many languages the "survey" was conducted in? Or was it done in English and the participants (with an emphasis on pants) were, shall we say confused by the question. Or are the "inspectors" working to their own socially sensitive agenda?
It may be a document that you can access, I can't say I'd read through it.

To be fair, it's inhumane to give out salad and claim it's human food. No wonder they're up in arms.
They should thank their lucky stars they weren't forced to wear......coloured wristbands.
