I think there is a mis-print here, as I am sure they meant October not September !

I am not really a Rose drinker, but I can vouch for that cheese....really strong and very more-ish.

Excellent! A good day to bring glad tidings.

You're on firmer ground now, Mikey. :)

I do my best Dougie....I can't be the Enfant terrible all the time !

I have waiting for that yummy Cotes du Rhone at £2:99 to make a reappearance. I have just returned from my Lidl, with a bottle of that wonderful Pinotage, to have with tonight's Beef Casserole ......14% and less than £4:00.
4 food offers?

more like a worthlessweekend.

Talbot.....you clearly have no conception what a Lidl Superweekend is !
Well seeing as you are the chief marketing officer for Lidl then maybe you can enlighten me?
The horrendous parking and queues put me off Lidl and Aldi is even worse.

The thought of visiting when they have offers on brings me out in hives.

One or two items are worth making the effort but by and large I just cannot be bothered.
Most of their food is crap, imo.

Be glad to Talbot !

Lidl have a few different types of offers :::

Pick of the week
While stocks last
And this week, "French Week"

In addition to these, most weeks there is a "Superweekend" where a small selection of articles are given larger discounts, but only for a very small time, and only in limited quantities. These are normally sold out within hours of the stores opening on Saturday.

I normally give news about these special "Superweekends", although not every week. Most people seem to find them informative, but shopping in Lidl is not compulsory !
Well the first part of your post had nothing to do with 'superweekend'

And as for your eventual explanation of 'superweekend' then I can honestly say I was in full understanding mode even before your explanation.

Has your Lidl got the 30% Billiger?

Actually you would like Billiger because it comes with its very own exclamation mark.
