Perhaps someone should tell may ,and the tories this is not about them it's about this country ,so if you want a wee difference do it ,but this country matter s to the Great British public .So as you have shown you are not fit to look after the interest of this country why do you not just step aside and let those who can do the job .

…. but I’m not surprised you don’t agree with that, Mikey … you supporting a ‘Do as I say not as I do” organisation and all that. I don’t think she’s weak and ineffectual. She has the most difficult job of any peace time Prime Minister and she's doing it with dignity. I wouldn’t want her job.

The advice I would give May is this....start acting like a Leader, not some shy, retiring Aunty, that just wants a quiet life.
One of her female predecessors would have solved this problem of an unruly, disloyal Cabinet a long time ago.
Of course, as a Labour supporter, I hope she continues to piddle about...its all grist to the Labour mill.

Theresa May can't afford to take another massive risk, previous ones blew up in her face. It might even result in Boris Johnson or even Jacob Rees-Mogg taking over and making a decent job at getting out of the EU.

It doesn't matter what she is like just now. They need her otherwise they let your lot lose with the hand grenades. Once her job is done they can then look at leadership. However I tend to agree with Naomi. Just because she isn't a bull in a china shop doesn't mean she isn't bullish when needed. (Although I would grab Boris by the testicular and make him sit on his hands for a while)
The arguments are about Brexit and although there will inevitably be disagreement on what is the best way, what the Tory party Don't need right now is bickering, backbiting and power struggles.
Leave all that for calmer times.

Now is the wrong time to sack Boris, but I predict there will be a reshuffle fairly soon after the Conference.
But Boris will be moved from Foreign Secretary(a position he is patently unsuited for) and given a more junior Cabinet post, possibly Northern Ireland. Probably give Hammond Foreign Secretary. Let a new Chancellor do the Autumn Budget.

As chancellor of the exchequer he has some excuse for being a remainer (ooo can't rock the boat, we might need to cope with an economic blip trying to put things right as a nation by getting out of the EU). But moved to an area such a foreign secretary where he'd be expected to get involved in, well foreign relationships with the EU ? There'd be ructions in the party, and generally. It'd polarise things even more and likely lead to a leadership challenge.
