I Amy not in a position to have a works email so not been in this situation by Mr Cassa has one and other than emailing himself work he has done at home he would never use his personal email for work.

Once the customers got hold of that he would be inundated with complaints about wonky doors, flooded gardens and overflowing pump stations at all times of the night.

Cassa, I have a sort-of-throw-away email, another one I am fond of and it annoys me beyond all measure trying to get the thing to load, and a 'professional' one, only 2 have that address outwith the professional stance, they never bother me, thankfully :-)

Make sure the customers don't get a hold of his own addy!!

Not quite how it happened. Hillary by law only needed to retain emails for 60 days. They were supposed to be have been deleted by her Network Rrovider, as she herself deleted them from her email account. But the Network screwed up. An employee at the Network Provided deleted them, not Hillary, when he realised he had wrongly retained them.
