Good result, although there can't have been much doubt about the outcome, as this dreadful woman was stupid enough to commit her crime, knowing that she was being filmed !

Never doubted she would be found guilty. Wonder what her sentence will be
Question Author
jc....no mention of that in the Beeb link....a prison sentence of some kind I hope.
Question Author
For jc, read hc !
// Pearson, who has a number of previous convictions including assaults and theft, may face prison as she was already subject to a suspended sentence. //

No mention of a driving ban once her sentence is served. A ban should be mandatory after this kind of offence.

The meaning of the name “Shanique” is: “God is gracious”. PMSL.
Yes, Mr Vine's helmet served him well there!

Maybe a spell inside may give Shanique time to reflect on her boorish behaviour.

Vortex.....I would like to think so too, but somehow I have my doubts.
True Mikey, some never seem to learn do they?
Road rage driver found guilty of....road rage!! Well I didn't see that coming. :)

///Judge King said the court would decide whether the suspended sentence "should be activated in whole or in part."
Pearson was released on bail and will be sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court on a later date///
err isn't the whole point of a suspended sentence that it becomes unsuspended following a further transgression? She should do the original sentence then after that whatever they give her for this latest offence. What a nasty piece of work.
Question Author
Nice to see we are all the same opinion here on this subject !
Horrifying behaviour. A long sentence would at least keep her off the roads for a bit.
Question Author
My best guess is that any sentence will be minimal....we shall know soon.

The difficulty with this woman is a complete inability to control her temper, and also her indifference to being filmed whilst committing her crime. I wouldn't mind betting that without Vine's video evidence, this case would not have been a clear-cut as it turned out to be.

She was hoisted by her petard, so to speak.
Question Author
Thought we might all enjoy Ms Pearson's moment in in front of the camera ! ( think this has been edited, as I recall many more naughty words the first time around ! )
