A memo leaked to the Times suggests the Government has 'No Plan' for Brexit and a Negotiating Stretegy will take 30,000 extra staff, 6 months to come up with one.
As suspected, it is an Omnishambles.

Oi, do you mind!
That's consultants for you.
Well, at least no one can say the Conservatives don't create jobs. ;o)
Why don't they just forget about Brexit, its not going to happen for years if at all, just pretend the referendum never happend and it was all a dream, and just get on with Chrismas.
Of course there is no plan! We were not supposed to vote 'Leave'
The entire government policy assumed 'Remain' would win. They had not even considered the possibility of losing the referendum!
On the eve of the referendum 22nd June Theresa May was registered as supporting 'Remain' .
Yet more fuel to my theory that the entire 'Brexit' policy is just a smokescreen to allow the government to do it's U turn and announce that it can't get a 'Brexit deal' so the exit is cancelled or ,more likely!, indefinitely delayed.
Groan! Change the record Eddie,
come back Nigel....all is forgiven
Did she say she had a cunning plan?

A Cunning Conservative, don't believe it!
Makes sense Eddies!.
There was no plan because few expected the result. Nevertheless a plan will emerge, but I can't see why anyone expects that to happen overnight. They'd have something to complain about if the way forward wasn't thoroughly thought through. Still, why miss an opportunity to take a poke at the government?
remember that song .Wonder shall I go or should I stay .The band had only one more........
I would have thought Brexit was more about astute negotiations rather than cunning plans.
Who would have thought it possible ? No plan and no idea of a plan either.
-Talbot-, careful. You're in danger of bordering upon something like common sense - and that's something that wouldn't be too popular here. ;o)

I would expect a plan to have been formulated within days of May taking over. She has been there 5 months nearly. Even if they didn't expect a Leave vote, you'd have thought they would have planned for all eventualities, and worked out the process years ago.
I am not impressed.
Theresa May is like an empty House of Lords - peerless

She will get all the views and opinions and decide she was right all along. Hang on, sounds like someone else!
Yawn :-)

Gromit, //I am not impressed. //

That'll have them shaking in their boots! Who is this unnamed author anyway?
