I think we should have two National Anthems. One for serious state occasions – so keep the one we have now – and another one for, let's say, less formal occasions such as the Olympics.
I suggest for the latter, the theme tune to The Benny Hill Show.

A possible solution there (provided there's no singing of course), is to imagine it's the Liechtensten anthem, which has the same tune and starts:
"Up above the young Rhine sits Liechtenstein, resting on Alpine heights."
Geographically, that is hard to fault ...
