It doesn't say their ages except she was 17 and 18. Still young herself.
I am sure that had this person been a male aged 19, then he would have received a much harder sentence.
She wasn't 19 at the time.
We don't know the ages of her victims, but they weren't 19 either. But she appears to be a drug addict, so she will get all the sympathy that her sort normally here on AB I expect.

I have read the link again, and I think the local children would be much safer if this woman had been given a custodial sentence.
