FYI.....England is in Europe.
Poor dogs...what have they done to deserve that !
If Q.I. is to be believed, in WWII, the Russians trained…

no, that's in poor taste. Some other time.
Maybe they just said it was a training device to protect the innocent Manchester Muslims.
Hard to believe training devices aren't counted out and in.
It's no more unusual or remarkable than leaving a secret service laptop on a train or a spare daughter in a pub.
It could happen to anyone.
**it happens.
um -one muslim is evil and so all muslims are evil and the consequence is that dark moustachioed muslims will butcher us in our beds as we watch er Man United ?
a frequent and familiar argument on AB

well er no not this time.....

imitation bomb left in the men's bog - ( do they have gelz bogs at a footie ground ? )
on wednesday
and found yesterday

by a company who were training
the cost of abandoning the match is three mill - er that is £3m

so the consequence is ..... is the company respobsible for the £3m loss or is the football ground ?
I would doubt the validity of any of Man U's attendence figures this season due to dodgy turnstile counters....

Explosive dogs? There's just been a huge bang in my kitchen!! K9 oh dear K9 boo hoo... (must be something he ate)

Doubt anyone ever said that on AB. There are hordes of evil Muslims.

Ken - ha! :)

A big expulsion more like....

I guess a lot of far East bookmakers will be fuming, as well.

Which makes me wonder: what sort of odds could anyone expect to get on "match postponed"?

It was postponed, as opposed to abandoned, wasn't it? Somebody said the end of the season was reduced to farce, with the final match played after the formal handover of the trophy and the victory celebrations. Strictly speaking, the match *could* have been abandoned, as irrelevant to the league results except I guess there was too much money to be made by going ahead, not to mention spoiling the fans enjoyment of the spectacle, albeit at cost to them.

Final tweaks to league points standings, goal difference(s), cards issued, red/yellow cards, match bans to be carried over (do they?) were all that were at stake, if you disregard the gambling.
