i gather this is a transgender storm -

last week in the US he was Jonas.

Now in the UK, she's Georgina.

:-)
It's that wind of change we've heard so much about, mushroom. :-)
no difference for us down here
My daughter is due to fly in from Ireland today. She's not sure the flight will go :-(

I have just been told they change gender as they cross the equator - not sure if that would really affect this one though
Blowing a gale up here with horizontal rain. If the flight takes place Ummmm, it will only take about 5mins and they will be here.
Togo...one time when we were flying back the plane was trying to land in Knock for about 20 minutes before being diverted.

I'm scared of flying and that was the worse experience of my life. The plane would go down and then back up and circle around. Side winds apparently!

Ryanair had to arrange 4 coaches. I think they lost a few quid on that flight.
Chucking it down and windy here in Bristol, just came back from the quacks and saw a fox wandering down the pavement, quite unusual for 10:20 am.

Dave.
A hungry fox would head for quacks webbo.
Lol @Togo.

Dave,
Horrible here in the East Midlands now - howling wind & rain from all angles at once.

Even my local Red Kites have given up trying to circle & gone somewhere quieter :(
Recycling day here. Lots of blue bins flying around and plastic bottles strewn everywhere.

I have just driven back from Cardiff along the M4. The rain is as hard as I ever seen it, but still some cars are driving along at reckless speeds, without lights on. So I expect to see reports of few serious accidents this evening on the news.

Why are there so many wassocks on our roads ? And not all of them are BMW drivers !
The rain has been on and off in west Yorkshire, still threatening for a down poor, as for idiot drivers the ones that can't operate their indicators are the most annoying... grrr
It's strange isn't it that you are getting side effects from the US storm, and here am I, a relative "few miles" away compared to you, enjoying a nice sunny day?
Shut up, Stuey!! :-) x
Hi stuey - Toronto was upwind of the fart I guess!

Yeah but Stuey... we know your on another planet.
As I posted on another thread yesterday, we sometimes joke that I live in the "Frozen North", but I actually live further south than you lot. The same latitude as Marseilles: 43 degrees North!
mikey, I promise you its not just South Wales, Mid Wales is getting a bit of a crappy time as well, I can tell you!! Bloody rain!
