Nice to see this illegal migrant helping out with our already vast overseas aid, by sending much of his benefit money back to his brother in South Sudan.

/// Mr Said, who has been granted refugee status, said: ‘I’m very happy here. My wife wants to come. I told her I’m liking England and I told her it is safe. I told her you will find safety here in England, assistance and treatment, education and all human rights and all those around you will love you.’ ///

I wouldn't be too sure of that Mr Said.

But this thread isn't about our own!!
Let me get this straight a minute - you ask about this immigrant and you want answers that include other groups and don't refer to him in particular.

Never, I repeat never refer to me in that way again.
The last insult? Nah, AOG has plenty more left in his locker.
What on earth does 'Not in the least insulting saves one from typing.'
mean?

Care to answer by question about whether the Senior Service should have picked him up?
"The last insult? Nah, AOG has plenty more left in his locker"
Indeed, and I've noticed of late that he doesn't resort to the passive aggressive stance he used to when called to order by a majority. He now just digs his heels in further despite being obviously and outrageously ...wrong.
I think he means it saved him typing this....

"But it would seem "Those who hold the same view point to such matters as yourself". show more concern over illegals such as this, finding a job, than you do our own."
Ah, you've invoked the fury of the liberal left AOG!

Remember, only you can have insults made against you, not the other way round.
I suggest then that AOG researches all posts made by a poster to check if they have ever shown concern about other people in society before leaping to flying and incorrect judgements.
You can zip it too!
Ridiculous. AOG starts a thread about a refugee and insults us when we don't automatically show compassion for our own unemployed.
He says he is looking for a job, but we also have 1.7 million other people unemployed in this country and we are paying them dole money every week as well.

I have said many times, we are so soft and gullible in this country.

Houses prices rocketing, NHS queues growing, country massively in debt, steel workers and miners losing their jobs, and we still let thousands in and give them an easy lifestyle.

We must be mad, on a huge downward trend.

We will be like Greece in a few years time.

This isn't just about the miners, I just used them as an example.

What it was meant to highlight was for 'British jobs for the British' before the growing number of illegals.

And when I state the British I also mean all those who can claim to be British, and that includes British of all skin colour hues, before you try and play the race card.
So, should he have been left to drown by the RN?
1.7 Million is quoted above and are all trying hard for employment I wish each and every single one of them the best of luck in finding work.
No we're not going to be like Greece -- there are many material differences.

In fact, if anything, things appear to have been moving largely on an upward trend in this country. The unemployment figures are improving (incidentally, not every person out of work claims JSA -- I believe that it's about 50% of those out of work who are on JSA although I am ready to be corrected on that one), while wages are also -- slowly -- increasing; and with inflation flat at the moment that actually means that the wage increase is going to be felt.

Not that things are rosy at the moment, but the doom-and-gloom mentality is very much misplaced.

/// I have been brought up to respect and be polite to my elders ///

I have never noticed it, but if you don't like it don't try to dish it out.
"...play the race card".
LOL everything's a "card" to you isn't it.
This just goes to show that you deliberately post to provoke conflict, there's no denying it.
Mamy dish it out? You have to be kidding!!!
AOG

I have tried to be civil to you, but when you make statements about race cards, I am tempted to descend to your level.

But that would just spoil this thread, so I won't.

Anyway, I don't think you've really shown that anyone here is more concerned about this chap's job prospects than those of our own countrymen.
"the fury of the liberal left"
Isn't that a bit of an oxymoron Bogface?
