Who mentioned Blacks, or their Britishness? I was referring to the title White British, which now seems the term to describe English persons.

They are Scottish folk, Ulster folk and Welsh folk.

Your suggestion is that an option of choosing White English or English does not exist whilst the others do and your only choice is that of White British or British. Do you have examples of this?
