No insults, no criticisms of the past, how very fickle our media can be. Here are some of their headlines.

Lol, that's the press for you.
is it sunday night when we get the euro vote ?
The national press wants to appeal to the widest possible readership, but they have hardwired political allegiances.

UKiP did very well which means a lot of their readers voted for them. So despite wanting the Conservatives to do well, they have to support the winner, even if the winner wasn't their man.

The Sun famously supported Blair, not because they had suddenly come over as all socialust, but because Blair was a winner (and Hague, Duncan-Smith and Howard were not).
And then followed it with a front page of his mug with the words 'Is this the most dangerous man in Britain'

And how right they were.

It will be interesting to see what they [the press] do going forward.

That was taken from the Independent.
It was taken from Farage. He said that when interviewed this morning.
