Have these two 'a cat in hells' chance of being found not guilty?

/// Adebolajo and Adebowale asked to be addressed by their adopted Islamic names of Al Mujaahid Abu Hamza and Ismail Ibn Abdullah respectively. ///

/// After hearing submissions from the two barristers representing the defendants, the court allowed them to be called by their Muslim names as well. ///

More kowtowing it would seem.

Silly exaggerations but I'm 99% sure if I went to court monday morning, say, for shop-lifting. I would not be allowed to change my name. The Al qaeda boys can, maybe Barmaid or Fred could. I'd be on a one way trip to the cells to have a think about it. And when I say trip.
I'd change my name to Mrs Garth Brooks , let them stop me just let them stop me, it's human rights and stuff innit
let them call themselves what they like, as long as they are found guilty, watching the footage there does not seem to be any doubt that they killed him in cold blood, so that should be a mandatory life sentence.

/// 2. You have had the reasons for addressing them as such explained to you, the fact that you don't like it, or approve, is really neither here or there. ///

No need to be so aggressive, especially when you yourself demand that respect is shown towards you.

And that they should spend the rest of their days behind bars.
But a 'whole life' sentence would be open to appeal.
As an aside; the Official Monster Raving Loony Party has regularly had candidates with absurd made-up names which are patently not their names in everyday life but adopted for the election. They are, nonetheless, accepted as having the name for all related purposes for the duration of the election. Defendants have a similar right. In practice this hardly makes a difference. Prosecuting counsel will open the case by saying that the defendant is , say, Mr Smith who prefers to be known as [name offered] and will then call him Mr Smith, as will the witnesses, throughout.
