Why have Madame Tussauds melted down Rolf Harris when the trial hasn't even started yet?

they could be thinking that even if he is innocent, the accusations and bad publicity have finished him anyway

or it could be that it was scheduled to be melted down anyway

No idea but I do know Olive The Ostrich is just not the same with Alexei Sayle. Not sure if Rolf was melted out of that because of what's happened :-)
