What is our country coming to when an eighty year old man cannot walk down the street, without being attacked by a member of the lower form of our present day youth?
Lets hope this woman, along with those who accompanied her, are soon arrested and made to pay for their crime, also what kind of person would stand videoing such a crime, instead of stopping this savage and brutal attack?

Someone who does not want to get beaten up or stabbed themselves.
Surely this has the right outcome, the person doing the videoing was not hurt, and there is a now a record of the attack and who did it.

I was disgusted when I watched this last night. What has happened in this girls life to create so much anger and hostility?
To knock this poor chap to the ground and then to spit in his face is such a vile act and surely must have some underlying cause other than what appears on the video.
I hope she is caught and receives both punishment and treatment.

And there were two reasons for this attack.
The low life underclass that is now being bred on the streets of this country.
But also the anger many people feel seeing their country invaded from those from outside, and being helpless to do anything about it.
Both the main parties have allowed almost unrestricted immigration from many people who are just NOT the sort of people we want in this country.
When "ordinary" people feel they are not being listened to then they can turn to violence (as we have seen in both Ireland and Egypt in the last few weeks).
I have said for a while we may get a "civil war" in this country, between the indigenous population and the immigrants, in the next decade or so, and attacks like this are just the prelude to it.

VHG, I've been told we're heading for a civil war against immigrants any time soon all my life. I heard it against the Irish during the 50s and 60s. And again in the 1970s and 80s. I heard it against the Jamaicans arriving on Windrush in 1948. I heard it against the Kenyan Asians in the 1960s. The Bulgarians in the 1990s. Now I hear it against all Eastern Europeans.

This is the only report that confirms a teenager has been arrested, (that I can find) it was posted 8 hours ago, why a Scottish paper is anyone's guess.

No not those particular crimes on their own, but those and the other increasing violence that takes place daily on our streets in this country.
