Not only is /// the Crown Prosecution Service making an application under S23a of the Terrorism Act 2000 for the forfeiture of Munir Farooqi’s home... on the basis that it has been used for the purposes of terrorism. ///

Where 'The court will consider the effect of any order on the family members.'

Also the accused is making a High Court appeal next month against his conviction.

But then if all else fails there is always the European Convention of Human Rights to fall back on.

But you can't dispute that it would satisfy some, em, and it would work too: no foreigners here, no foreigners committing crimes here.

/// No, em, but the point is that we shouldn't allow any foreigners, whatever their religion or origin, to live here. That way we only have our own murderers, rapists, nurses, doctors, fruit-pickers etc to worry about :) ///

Well at least we would have many, many thousands less to worry about, surely that can't be a bad thing.

I refer of course to the murderers, rapists and other criminals.
Thank you for your support for my "modest proposal", aog.

How do we know which are going to be the rapists or murderers? You can't tell by looking at them, or can you?

Didn't you know, some are even convicted criminals in their own country before they get here?
fred

i agree your 'modest proposal' has merit

you must have considered the option of feeding the rejected immigrants (or their children at least) to our own people who are starving

what do you think?
Only if they are cooked first, raw would be abhorrent.

Yes, I did know that some are convicted criminals in their own country , aog. That's why I say ban the lot of them. But, if we must let some in, we need better sharing of information with other countries to stop the some being the convicted criminals.

Is there anyone convicted of a terrorist offence, and eligible for deportation, who has not been deported (other than those serving a sentence who will be deported later) ?
Fred,
Your 'modest proposal' thirded here. When that happens then the Daily Mail and AOG will be happy. Surely?
Hey, I've got a campaign going ! I'm the undiscerning man's Nigel Farage.

The Daily Mail would find something new to complain about. Probably the shortage of nurses (or fruit-pickers).
Under current law, the children and their parents will have to be re-housed on the grounds that the children have been made homeless thro no fault of their own

/// Fred,
Your 'modest proposal' thirded. here.///

Oh good, I used to like the Three Stooges.
In that case I bags Mo, svejk.
I read the title of this post and wondered "is this YET ANOTHER post by AOG about bloody immigrants" - you really do need to get laid Mr Git.
Fred those convicted of terror offences in recent days have been Muslims, they have gone to jail for lengthy terms, most appear to be home grown. Same for the paedophile grooming gangs, happy to see them in jail for life, vile creatures.
and you AP should stop being so vile to people.
From VHG, //Can anyone tell me the slightest advantage to this country to having people like this here. //

Good question - I can't think of an answer.
nor me,
