This could easily have been prevented if the correct health and safety procedures had been in place, or if that moron hadn't clambered up at the last second and pushed all the others off.

I had a chuckle when I heard a brief description of the incident. However my mood changed when I saw the footage on the news and heard the extent of his injuries. Hope he's OK.
