Not sure I see the sense behind it. At those speeds someone is going to die. It must simply be bcause they have so much money.

Still, quite some sight.

Isn't it because they usually have to catch someone in a Lambo as well?
Those Arab crims have got fast cars, ymb, they don't drive around in souped up Renault Clios!!
If the wealthy Arabs want to spend on high performance Police Sports cars then yippee for them.

It is cash strapped UK Police forces buying Lotus' that we should worry about...

Gromit - It take it you missed the bit where it says 'Lotus has donated'
I was just trying to figure out how you fit your crim in the back, once you had caught them :)

4x4s and nip across over the sand dunes then - like to see the lambo trying to navigate the sand dunes :)
Why is the name ' police ' in english on the front - do most Dubains read / speak english ?
The sports car, painted in green-and-white colors of the Dubai force, will not likely be roaring after law breakers.

Instead, it will be mostly dispatched to tourist areas to show — in the words of deputy police director, Gen. Khamis Matter al-Muzaina — “how classy Dubai is.”

Yeah - because nothing says class like a Lamborghini does it?
