What is your question?
Not so much Donald Duck as the person in the suit!!

And if he continually missed out the little boy and went to the white children instead then yes he is!
Don't know. What do you think? Can't tell from the report. Can tell that some lawyer thinks two definable cases are evidence of system, which shows he doesn't know much about the law of evidence. He might have the seed of one against one employee if he had the same employee acting in the same way on several occasions

Donald Duck Racist?

The secret is the question mark, please try and keep up.
it can't be the best job in the world, but how do they know the person in the costume isn't black?
How rude!

Sticking a question mark at the end of a statement doesn't really make it a question.
who?
Almost as important .... why doesn't Donald wear pants, only a sailor's jacket and why does Daisy wear shoes but Donald doesn't?

"Donald Duck is racist", is a statement.

Donald Duck racist? is a question.

no idea, but does anyone know if the person inside the costume is white, black, pink, or just hot and cross.
There could be something in it, I've never seen him hanging out with Daffy duck.

I wonder what redress a white family would have if their child was similarly ignored by one of these Disney characters?

Yes I know this family was a 'White' family, but in name only.
still no answer...
Impossible to answer until we hear more about the detail.

Why did the person in the suit ignore one child, only to be then seen with a white family queuing up behind?

Perhaps the person in the suit recognised the family and there were other factors at play?

Finally, it's perfectly possible for the employee to be a big racist. It's one of several possibilities. Racism exists, and there's no pint shyi away from it, or pretending that everyone is treated equally all the time.

AOG, you asked what redress a white family would have in the same circumstances. Would a white family not be able to complain, and be taken seriously?

What's your opinion?
A white family would have exactly the same remedy as a black one, if the evidence was there, aog.

You may wonder if there are no anti-white discrimination cases, aog, but they are possible and you may rest assured that the Daily Mail, which likes these stories and rightly regards them as important; it is a model in showing up racial discrimination; whether they arise here or 3,000 miles away, would surely be first to report such a case.
The usual chip on the shoulder stuff, so he didnt hug your kid.... how many black kids did he hug that day, that week, that month.

if it was a black person inside the costume, then they have no case.
at least of discrimination.
Reading the story, I think Donald may also have been sexist too, ignoring a boy to go and hug a girl, or also ageist, ignoring the 5 year old to go and play with a baby.

Hate that duck.
